Service & Refund Policy – Creative Design

1. General Service Terms

All creative services provided by May Twenty Creative are bespoke and tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Once a project has commenced and design work has begun, all services are considered initiated.

By proceeding with a booking, quotation, or payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our creative services and the fact that completed or in-progress designs cannot be resold or reused for other clients, refunds are not available once the design process has begun.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Logo design

  • Website design and updates

  • Flyers, brochures, and printed materials

  • Branding and visual identity work

  • Merchandise or printed products

  • Any custom or commissioned design work

Once initial concepts, drafts, or design work have been created, the service is considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items (Printing & Physical Products)

If you receive a printed or physical item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at:

creative@may-twenty.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the fault or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or correction. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in the issue being deemed outside our responsibility.

This does not apply to errors approved by the client during the proofing stage.

4. Website Design & Website Update Services – Revisions Policy

For website design projects and website update services, clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions after providing a clear and concise brief.

A “revision” includes reasonable changes, refinements, or adjustments to the agreed design or content.

After two rounds of revisions have been used, any further changes, redesigns, or additional requests will be subject to additional fees, which will be quoted before further work proceeds.

This applies to:

  • Full website builds

  • Website redesigns

  • Website updates or maintenance services

Major changes that differ significantly from the original brief may be treated as a new project and require additional payment.

5. Logo Design, Flyer Design & Other Creative Design Services – Revisions Policy

For logo design, flyer design, branding, and other creative design services, clients are also entitled to two rounds of revisions based on the original brief provided.

Revisions may include:

  • Minor adjustments to layout, colour, or typography

  • Refinements to the original concept

After two rounds of revisions, any additional changes or new design directions will require further payment. These will be quoted before any additional work is undertaken.

If the client requests a completely new concept that differs from the original brief, this will be treated as a new project and charged accordingly.

6. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a clear and concise brief before work begins

  • Approve proofs, drafts, or mock-ups before printing or final delivery

  • Check all spelling, content, and details before final approval

May Twenty Designs is not liable for errors that were approved by the client during the proofing stage.
