Products Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy

Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch products promptly:

  • Hand‑poured candles, diffusers & wax melts: Allow 3–7 days for delivery as these items are made by hand for each order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Other products (e.g., essential oils, handwashes & lotions, room sprays, textiles, electrical items): These are generally packaged and shipped within 3 working days, and you will receive tracking details once dispatched.

  • Handknit blankets: These are hand‑knit to order and typically dispatched within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with tracking sent once shipped.

Returns & Refunds — Candle, Diffuser & Melt Products

Candles, diffusers and wax melts are made to order and in many cases personalised, so they are non‑refundable. We do not accept returns for these products unless they arrive damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please email info@may‑twenty.com with:

​

  • Your order number

  • Photographs showing the damage

 

We will gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Returns & Refunds — All Other Products

​

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased online, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt or order number.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

​

  • Items must be returned within 14 days.

  • Products must be unopened and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange.

 

We do not accept returns for:

​

  • Used items

  • Items damaged after the 14‑day period

 

Faulty or Damaged Items (Non‑Made‑to‑Order Products)

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please:

​

  1. Photograph the item in its original packaging immediately upon receipt.

  2. Email these photographs to info@may‑twenty.com with your order number.

 

We will assess the issue and replace the item where appropriate.
